Of course, being such a big fashion-icon herself, Hilary Duff was at the Beverly Hills parties and was spotted last night (Thursday, September 25th) hamming it up on the red carpet at the “Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards” honoring Manolo Blahnik.
The “Lizzie McGuire” actress showed up looking fantastic in a black and beige printed short-sleeved blouse along with a belted black skirt and chunky black peep-toe heels.
As HollyTauntes! has previously reported, Hilary Duff was seen earlier that afternoon satisfying her urge for spending a trip to Robertson Boulevard where she tried out various necklaces, bracelets and belts.

Hayden Panettiere’s dad, Alan.. has been charged with misdemeanor battery after he beat the shit out of his wife last month. Days after he had been arrested because of this incident, Alan was seen holding hands with his wife and in a statement to “Extra”, he stated that the whole thing was just a ‘misunderstanding’.
Because Hay got really upset about this, she took one step further infront of everyone else and said, “It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his 15 minutes of fame.”
I guess it doesn’t matter what they say, because the law is the law.. and Daddy Panettiere will now serve 11 months of his time in jail.
“People” magazine told: “Panettiere faces arraignment on Oct. 11. If convicted, he faces up to a year in county jail. Alan Panettiere was arrested Aug. 11 at the family’s West Hollywood home after he “struck his wife (Lesley Vogel) one or two times on the cheek causing bruising with a closed fist,” a sheriff’s spokesman said. “The couple had returned from a charity event hosted by their daughter.”
I wonder how the Panettiere’s are taking it.. but I don’t think that it can be that bad, because they were all spotted out yesterday for some dinner.

With all the filming in New York City for her hit show, “Gossip Girl”, seems like Blake Lively put on her last swimsuit for a while before taking a dip again.. that is, if she remains in NYC for even a longer time.
Because of the fact that it’s gotten so cold, so soon.. we don’t think Blake will be putting on a swimsuit for a while.. unless she decided to go to an indoor facility with water and shit.
I have no idea when these photos were taken.. but I guess it’s recent because her hair is very ‘Serena Van Der Woodsen-ish’.
And before I post up the pictures, I just want to say how shitty the weather in Boston is. It’s so shitty, its like raining cats and dogs on the last Friday of September. Way to end the month.. God, I hope it isn’t like this tomorrow.

Shia LeBeouf was arrested on July 27th for his first DUI after a car accident in Los Angeles involving his co-star as well. It was later proven that the accident wasn’t really his fault, because the other driver had caused the crash to even begin with. “TMZ” (I know we shouldn’t believe the shit that comes out of their mouth, but whatever) reported that they will not be charing Shia for the DUI because there’s not enough evidence to see what really happened.
Even though he isn’t charged for that.. he is still charged because his driver’s license has been suspended because he refused to do a blood booze test. However, even though they got off his case a little.. there will be a DMV hearing today (Friday, September 26th) to discuss how long Shia’s license will be suspended for. The minimun penalty is usually one year.. and that sounds like it really really sucks.
Lucky for Shia, they won’t just charge him.. but they will also charge the other driver for starting the crash in the first place.
So guys, if you guys ever drink and drive.. listen to what the dudes want you to do.

After the countless dates that we’ve witnessed these past few weeks, seems like Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston just won’t give up on each other. They’ve both been hanging onto each other constantly, and no one will peep a word about whether they are dating or not.. but it seems like they might be pulling off a little Jonas Brothers move, keeping their so-obvious relationship in denial.
So, stepping outside for a date side-by-side once more, Miley and Justin grabbed some dinner at “Table 8″ in Los Angeles on Thursday night (September 25th).
Even though during most of the dates, Miley and Justin were accompanied by her parents — but this time, the two were spotted alone.. and were allowed to enjoy a private dinner date all to theirselves.
Seems like Mommy Tish and Daddy Billy-Ray think Justin is worthy enough for their daughter.. trust-worthy, I guess. After all.. who could trust a twenty year old underwear model with their fifteen year old pop-sensation mega-star daughter? I don’t think any parent would.
